I am the James McCulloch Chair in Energy Law at Tulane University Law School and a member of Bars of the District of Columbia and Texas (inactive). I lead the Tulane Energy Law & Policy Center (TELP) as Faculty Director, together with my Executive Director, Randel Young. My award-winning research has made a global practical impact on policymaking and dispute resolution. I have been recognized repeatedly by Who's Who Legal/ Lexology as a Future Leader in Arbitration. I remain involved in critical international energy and infrastructure disputes as testifying expert, consulting expert, and counsel. I am an arbitrator on the energy roster of the AAA-ICDR.
